The team really hit it out of the park for our last StAGEd InTent reading at Ivoryton Playhouse. The fabulous playwrights, actors and audience combined to make one of the best reading presentations ever. If you were there, you know what I am talking about. Thank you for participating. These readings are so important to the playwrights as they develop their work.
The final presentation in this series is quickly approaching (where did the summer go?). Next up is
The Spitting Image by Ron Beverly on Friday, Sept. 8 at 2 pm. This moving two-hander about family relationships and forgiveness features Oscar nominee Chazz Palminteri* (A Bronx Tale) and Debra Khan-Bey (Alone With Nina Simone). Beverly will direct.
Don't miss this last reading, which will be followed by a talk-back, then light refreshments and mingling under the tent. Seats are free, but limited. An RSVP is required to attend: GracewellProductions@gmail.com.
Many thanks to Jacqui Hubbard and the staff of the Playhouse for hosting the four Staged InTent readings in this latest Gracewell Productions series.
